- One Account Policy: Only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and balances may be permanently confiscated.
- Accuracy of Information: Your name, date of birth, address, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate. Submitting false information during verification will result in account closure.
- Password Security: Keep your account password private. 256bd will not be held responsible for any issues arising from sharing your password or unauthorized account access.

- Account Transfer Prohibited: Selling, renting, or transferring your 256bd account to any other person is strictly prohibited.

- Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager that amount a set number of times.
- Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds will be automatically forfeited once the validity period ends.
- One Bonus Per Claim: Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse or fraudulently exploit the bonus system will result in permanent account closure.
- Right to Modify Promotions: 256bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.

- If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.
